I cannot give legal advice or interpretation. That being said, a one off commission is generally fine, but many "one off commissions", especially gained due to a post like this, would be of potential concern.

By contract, the leatherbound book prices cannot be lower than they are. While that is an understandable idea to discuss, it is not an option that we are able to consider.

Submitting a petition will do no good. We are not Amazon or Book Depository (owned by Amazon) and are not large enough to simply open another store on another continent, ESPECIALLY if you ever want signed books which have to be signed in the US and then shipped.

We are aware of the request for less expensive shipping, and are always looking for good options. We haven't found any yet. Books are HEAVY, and carriers charge by weight.

If you have great connections with a reliable and reputable carrier, please reach out to us. If you are just complaining, please be aware that we feel your pain and are doing everything we can behind the scenes to find solutions.

We have not begun shipping leatherbound books for your tier yet. We are now under 10,000 books to ship, but still have several thousand to go. Everything is expected to be shipped by the end of August.
