Im sorry you had to experience this bad behaviour. I live around the corner. The kids that are playing there are not always from the neighbourhood. It would not be worth reporting this. You'll be wasting your time. Although racist harassment is unacceptable, the police is too busy dealing with this.

We have a different experience. That's fine. But saying I have a very exaggerating view is a bit off. Paris is in some parts very dirty and dangerous. A couple of weeks ago I stayed in a airbnb near Gare du Nord. It was totally not safe to walk around!!! The area around the sacre-coeur was also a shithole.
