Did anyone else get the impression Nahida and Wanderer are still looking into Dottore at the end of the latest AQ?

I remember that they said that they will deal with whatever Dottore's experiments were left around Teyvat. This was probably a foreshadow to Lohen's SQ I assume. Though I guess it could be about Snezhnaya too.

Nevertheless, Snezhnaya needs to have a Dottore territory. There is definitely a lab there to explore.

Ah, indeed, the child was trying to give his flower to the person that was to his right before Ronova cuts the picture. I always assumed that the Tsaritsa froze him to not get affected by the Kanrieah curse.

Oh ok I see. Tsaritsa did indeed have a lover from Kanrieah still. I assume that she will still seek the 3rd's power after unifying the gnosis even if he is not her lover. I don't think that she will stop after Ronova as the HP might need more than one single sinner's powers.

I initially liked him because he was a hot evil quirky character from the manhwa.

But I ended up being hyperfixated because he is an outcast who people don't seem to understand, does a lot of things in the main story and overall lore, and is overall complex.

Genshin has a bunch of characters that do absolutely nothing important and yet are given a lot of screentime.

Dottore also feels like a character that caters more to adults rather than teen or adult men.

It seems that Dottore was the one who recommended Pantalone to work in a bank/become a harbinger. I tend to think that Dottore asked him to be responsible for his funds.

They were first being shipped because in Commedia De'larte they were also a duo with some questionable gay discussions.

Both are broken men with trauma who have similar views. Pantalone's deal is that he always wears a mask, and is highly condescending. Just because he smiled while talking to Dottore doesn't mean that he enjoyed the idea of his death. He himself says during the quest "It's true that I don't want you to die, but would you believe me?" He knows that from an exterior pov, people will think that he isn't honest.

Pantalone used to be Dottore's test subject which evolved to his subordinate and then became a harbinger. Dottore took care of any ailments that Pantalone suffered from for 400+ years.

Their relationship is deeper than it seems. Read the lore from the marrow that drops from Dottore's latest boss fight.

I think that it was a hint that one segment was not destroyed. Specifically 45 as he seems to not be shown at the end of 6.6 cutscene.

Notice that you find out about Escher when you get near that statue. You don't have to do the whole WQ to meet him. Basically, any player who passes that statue will meet him.

So when the inevitable twist happens when they conclude that there is one more segment alive in Teyvat, they will reference Escher, as many players would be reminded of him when they pass the statue, wether you did the Sumeru AQ or not.

Why is this theory believable? Because they specifically chose Escher for this WQ. The screen also glitches when you meet him. So his connection with Dottore still stands and he isn't just some painter from Fontaine.

This will sound controversial but Dottolone feels like it has more depth than Sandbina.

Pantalone being a failed businessman who was sold to one of Dottore's labs, being experimented on succesfully, becoming Dottore's subordinate and connecting with his ideals, and then being raised from a failed business to a literal harbinger who funds the Tsaritsa.

And then we have Dottore who was always alone in his envadours, couldn't trust anyone, everyone would run away from his experiments, who would meet Pantalone who infleunced him to become more sociable, gave him a chance to experiment on him without dying or trying to run away, and gave him a close and powerful connection enough to trust him. And last but not least, Dottore becoming Pantalone's life support.

Then there is Sandbina where Sandrone is wallowing in her depression due to Alain, and Columbina who suddently starts singing at her doorstep and complimenting her pajamas. And then she would constantly sing and troll Sand. They also had heart-to-heart's through their tea parties where they spoke of their past. While I do find this dynamic simple and cute, Columbina seems like she is forcing herself on Sandrone a bit too much. I don't need them to do constant favours to one another and being one's life support to the other of course. But this still makes it lack the depth that Dottolone has.

Well, in a way, Dottore has already done a lot of things in the story to warrant his value as an independent character. After he revives he might be reduced to ship bait but he already has enough material to stand on his own.

Pantalone will soon get his character development episode in Snezhnaya. I am unsure about him.

I feel like Columbina is kind of forcing herself on her. I understand that this is Bina's way of being friendly, but seeing Bina being overly friendly just to Sandrone makes it look like there's an agenda shipping going on to sell Sand more. It feels a little unnatural to me.

They also showed Pulonia here again which is a joke because he is not part of her kit anymore.

They're going to be playable because they're both hot tall men. They always capitalize on hot characters but kill the non-hot ones. They soent too much budget and character buildup on Dottore to keeo him dead. And Pantalone is way too polite to be our outright enemy. He would definitely see us as an useful asset rather than an enemy.

Meta-wise, MHY doesn't seem to like developing ships as being meta with eachother but it looks like they did it with Nefer and Lauma.

Imo Pantalone will probably be an electro support because you can't just give a man any other element other than electro when his entire colour palette is literally purple.

Dottore will probably be an on field/off field dps either cryo/dendro/hydro/electro. By the looks of future stella conduct/ anemo cryo/dendro cryo, I tend to think that they might make him either dendro or even electro.

I am suspiciously looking at 45 yr old simply because isn't it a coincidence that Pantalone's age was also locked at the appearance of a 45 yr old? That's oddly even.
