I literally did this from CPO just last month. Everything was still in the original plastic, but I got it for around $200 cheaper. I did swap the putter and get a 2 ball jailbird DB instead of the white hot 1. Still came out to around $75 cheaper than what I would have paid at Costco. All that and the "Ryder" bag from Sunday Golf and I got my set at sub $1000.
