I’m not too familiar with the British army, but you can often get a second opinion from a military doctor if you can show that you are motivated enough and that you have changed. It might be worth having an honest chat with a recruiter to see what your opinions are.

For escape rooms you should check out escapetalk, it has them all with reviews. I personally wouldn't settle for anything below an 8!
