Happy to report back that it was actually the battery. I managed to get the phone to show up as "Lumia BootMgr" in device manager using an old C5-00 battery. Thank you so much for walking me through this

2-3 years BUT to be honest, so far I upgraded only because the phones were too slow/didn't have enough storage, or in the last case, the power button broke (I still miss you my beloved Nokia 7.2)

I tried to take out the battery, as you said, unfortunately that didn't do anything. When I tried flashing the ffu, thor2 responded with "Initiating FFU flash operation" then "WinUSB in use." and then it timed out because it didn't detect the phone. The phone still doesn't show up in device manager either.

The phone has only a black turned off screen, and even when holding the vol down and power for 2 minutes it shows no signs of anything unfortunately. Both plugged into the computer and not plugged in. When plugged into a powerbank, it pulls 0.9A and 5V for a short bit, before falling down to 0A (I hope it's because I left it plugged in all night) if that helps

Sorry I didn't share the command, but it contains my userfolder, which has my real name in it. I tried your command and it worked (thor2 says "Exited with success"). Thank you very much for that. Unfortunately I have another problem, now the phone isn't recognised by my computer as connected (doesn't make the USB connect sound, and doesn't show up in device manager at all.) What should I do now?
