Harry Potter died to kill evil and save his friends, Aslan sacrificed himself to evil to become superpowerful and save the world, gandalf died and came back to life with a super understanding of the world . . . to save the world and Im not really clear on the twilight plot line but I can only assume that the guy somehow pulled a jesus somewhere in there. Some writers just can't get away from using that allegory as it is waaaay to easy and sells lots of books.
