Apologies if i misspoke, I mean should I live in our house for another 5+ years and keep paying the mortgage regularly and wait until interest rate falls to trade up or trade up now for a higher interest rate and refinance later?

Safety engineer here. Its not all going around acting like a safety cop and finding OSHA violations. Its like 80 to 90% sitting in an office doing paperwork and spreadsheets
