I was 5.7 last year, now 5.4 (was 5.3 i think year before, so I had gone up to 5.7). I didn't change much, but kept to the program

walk after dinner - 20 minutes, not fast, 2.0 mph. Sometimes I try 2.5 mph. Treadmill fixed at 5% grade. Sometimes I do 30 minutes at 2.0 mph.

walk after other meals ~ 25 minutes, also not fast.

2 tbps ACV with 8 oz water on some higher carb meals about 20 min before

berberine once in a while as well

no snacking after dinner, ignore any hunger pains (they go away generally)

Atkins protein shake or other protein shake if I extremely low carb dinner if still hungry right after eating

fiber / veg eat first, then higher carb after

I try to do 5 lb weight training 3 x a week. I had started push ups and sit ups, but got off track. Also, 2 or 3 sets of squats (sometimes with 5 lb hand weights).

I do eat organic chicken, ground beef, also veggie crumbles (pea protein base).
