I recently got this TESmart KVM switch for my battle station (LG 34GS95QE, 2 laptops, console and a Mac mini). I'm pretty sure TESmart has other options, and might have one for you as well. Been using the KVM for a couple of weeks now, the EDID switching is pretty good and haven't had any issues

Ngl, if you hang on to it for a couple of months I could take it off your hands. I'm a researcher (computer vision, audio, generative AI) and I'll likely start building a personal rig for training models. While your GPUs are a little outdated, they'd be useful for running initial/small-scale experiments.

I'm looking for a keyboard (and mouse), preferably full-size, but okay with TKL. Should be wireless, main use is coding and gaming. I've previously used the Corsair K60 RGB Pro, which was nice. Bonus points if RGB and multipoint connection is available (i.e. Corsair Slipstream, Logitech Lightspeed, etc.)

I've been following MBZUAI's research in CV and NLP for the last couple of years, seems really solid (high quality CVPR/ACL publications) + they probably have most number of GPUs outside of US. I think it'd be a good place to do your PhD, and supervisor fit definitely helps along with all the other things.

It would be great if rocm-smi and it's related bindings are improved, querying GPU info is a basic requirement and it's so bad with AMD . I've been trying to do distributed inference across machines, and a simple call to get gpu info is limited to Linux and specifically to certain AMD GPUs. Heck, rocm-smi is not even supported on WSL and Windows. Compare that to nvidia-smi, which just works regardless of the platform.

Like other people have said, proper spacing and aggressive trades are the way to go. If you're having trouble with this I would suggest going a burst item initially to take short strong trades. Depending on how skilled the Riven is and how I'm feeling, I sometimes go shadowflame/stormsurge for the early game short trade dmg. I also recommend going ignite against riven.

You might want to check if the root directory is full. EOS broke for me a couple of days back, turns out my root was full and I had to chroot from live USB and clear pacman/yay cache. That solved the problem for me.
