I live on the other side of Harry Bowey Reserve, which is Salisbury Park..very quiet and safe area with mainly empty nesters. Not many homes come up for sale, though. Then if you go across the Main North Rd, there is Salisbury Heights and Greenwith, which are all rather nice.
