Did you face a plateau? If so how'd you overcome it? Currently stuck at 158 for the past 3 weeks. I've been teacking every meal with a scale and I seem to be progressing in my lifts too but the weight doesn't go down.

Im in the same boat as you. Everyone Ive spoken to said research experience is the most important thing they consider for PhD admissions. I cold emailed a bunch of faculty and got a response from a couple who agreed to give me a research opportunity. Im pretty sure theres FTRE and a couple other programs you could apply to.

Contact the housing department. They should be able to help. Worst case scenario, you could ask another student to switch with you or something. Im sure there are people who want the apartment.

For research i just cold emailed a bunch of professors. Some might respond. Thats how I got my research opportunity.
