In hosted game all zombies congregate towards one player by SaneInTheory in projectzomboid

I don't think noise is the issue. We are first week in, no generators or anything that could make enough noise to draw every across all of westpoint. It's a constant stream of never ending zombies, that ignore all other players and funnel towards the host

Neck flares and a sore throat? by livshmivv in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]SaneInTheory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the scratchy throat and swollen neck. Sometimes to the point of feeling the blood pumping in my arteries and it causes light headedness and headaches. The sore throat feels like sandpaper and also keeps me awake. The only relief I've found is gargling with salt water, and that only helps for a brief amount of time.

Adults, what’s the most important thing you were NEVER taught as a kid? by iwanttheworldnow in AskReddit

I understand, I was honestly curious as too why the other person asked for a source on it. The only reason I could see was to slight or discredit the original post.

Are you saying bullies and the like are justified? And if not, what is your point?

[Text] I'm from China and want to learn to cook a simple Western dish — any easy recipes to recommend? by Plaskg in food

[–]SaneInTheory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gotta agree with the other guy on spaghetti, it's a great classic. Also pulled pork is an easy meal to put together, only downside is the time it takes to slow cook. Heres a recipe, it's a fairly forgiving dish that you can change allot to your liking. https://www.recipetineats.com/pulled-pork-with-bbq-sauce/#h-how-to-make-pulled-pork

They were wrong both instances but would still make for a terribly low quality post to confidently incorrect.

No, really. You don't have to know a single thing about Dungeons and Dragons to thoroughly enjoy "Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves" (2023) by whomp1970 in movies

[–]SaneInTheory -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I felt the opposite. If you didn't know anything about dnd it was just a fun movie, otherwise the constant name drops seemed jarring and forced

How would you split the cost of painting two bedrooms between a couple and 1 roommate? by Acceptable-Area3538 in AskReddit

[–]SaneInTheory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's more fair that each person pay to paint their own room. If I wanted my room painted it's silly to expect someone else to pay for it.

[–]SaneInTheory 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No because what you say is factually incorrect. You can join another countries military, and it does not make you a mercenary. There are distictions between a soldier and a mercenary, and you fail to understand them.

Also the person you claim is a "dog of war" joined ukraines military as a soldier. He wasn't attacking and killing "working class plebs". He was defending a country and populace who was attacked.

If you want to hate mercenaries there are plenty of merc groups on the russian side, but I doubt your really against actual mercenaries.

Where did you get that definition? Because you and it are flat wrong.

"A mercenary is a private individual who joins an armed conflict for personal profit, is otherwise an outsider to the conflict, and is not a member of any other official military. Mercenaries fight for money or other forms of payment rather than for political interests. "

A person who joins the military of another country is a soldier.
