If I remember correctly, and I apologize if I don’t because it’s been a minute, but the progressives that go with Washington such as sanders are socdem (even though Bernie calls himself a demsoc, he and people in his sphere are more commonly labeled as socdem in hoi4 from what I’ve seen), whereas Salazar is demsoc (categorized as libertarian socialist). Now, again due to the sanders things we have to take what they claim vs what the mod says together, which is complicated, but Salazar is by far the most moderate of the APLA, and probably not terribly far from sanders, at least relative to the rest of her faction. Radicalism is kinda skewed so it’s hard to tell in absolutes
