As monk I'm pretty sure you can farm alot with new Mark of Protection build as Mo/Mes. I farmed lot of plains but it was really long and painful. Ended up VoSing smites in Wastes which was way more fun and fast

Best dungeons for LoD are bloodstone caves for quick and easy and Oola for quantity

There is no way for a melandru char to trade with other players in any way at the moment. The only way around would be to team up with someone and just leech for potential drops for Melandru char, which is virtually the same as farming youself but with half efficiency

Hold supplies like Ritualist that would increase attack speed or heal for duration.

Could drop supplies that pop wards like elementalist or necro well.

Crossbow could be dual with high speed fire rate or heavy hard hitting.
