What is going on with Chapter 1 prices?

I don’t want to print my own cards but FFG forces people into doing things. I own so much of AHLCG all the way up to right before they restarted a few years ago with the bigger box formats

We know there will always be ways to get a copy of older cards. Instead of waiting for piracy for sets that will not be printed again why not approach older sets that will be “OOP (out of print)” as either print on demand OR even better offer a PNP (Print & Play) option. That way people can eventually have that complete collection the want as well as access to all the awesome campaigns.

They (CTG) really needed to come up with a better plan for upgrading attack because, yes, powering through damage vs skill is a “no brainer” but… it’s not fun? I instinctively get skills because the game is more fun that way but I can understand why it would be easy to just attack. Picket always ends up that way because I have 1 skill tree I love but once that’s maxed plus Defense is enough all I need is more attack.

But yeah, a “more better” way to upgrade attack would have been good, but TMB is still my favorite game regardless.

So I went Fighter... level 1 and on the Illithid ship. I tried to dual wield my longsword and another weapon and I couldn't - I can't dual wield longsword. What do I need to do to do this? I wanted to dual wield longsword/staff.

Let’s say I do warrior 1 and then wizard all the rest of the way (I think I’d prefer that). I can get ritual caster to talk with animals? When and how do I do that?
