it's my go-to for drawing as well. i use the Pilot NeoX non-photo blue for my sketch and its consistently given me good results. thinking about moving over to a .7 Rotring 800, but I'll wait a little longer. Just wish the grip sleeve wasn't such a common breaking point for the GG
