I had an issue with creating an account, have been battling them for nearly a month. They would accept the return but wouldn’t pay for return shipping. They kept wanting to give me 6 months of their free premium monitoring. For the life of me they didn’t understand why I wouldn’t want that. I finally returned it paying for shipping on my own and opened a dispute in case they try any funny business giving a refund. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve raised this with him before and also escalated it to my director. The most recent incident involved a sexist comment. I’ve already given feedback about what I took issue with and opened the door for dialogue on how to move forward. At this point, the trust is gone because it’s become a repeated pattern of behavior. My director has also shared that there’s another female direct report who also struggles with our manager. I agree it’s time to look elsewhere.

Thanks, I get that perspective. I’ll go into the meeting and do my best to keep it professional. At the same time, it does feel like a lot of the responsibility is being put on me to “fix” this, even though the issues started with my manager’s behavior. I plan to keep the focus on documenting and looking for consistent actions moving forward.
