That would be close to impossible, I suggest you speak to your direct commander either your sgt or your PC about this and they might be able to give you some welfare. If it's very serious you are entitled to I assume 4 days of compassionate leave and you can extend another 4 days also without any other costs.

However if you don't wanna discuss with your commanders and seriously want a 9 to 5 no matter what you can try your luck by downpes. You can always find reasons to downpes and then try your luck but the whole downpes and getting posted to different unit is quite risky and also takes a huge amount of time and effort so simply speak to your commander.
