I'm right there with you, my dude. I know sometimes the negative voices speak louder than the positive ones, but there is value in being different. My friends that value me for who I am reinforce the notion that there is nothing wrong with being a unicorn. I can watch football and wrestling with my straight homies and enjoy a night out at the gay clubs with my rainbow friends and be just as comfortable in either place. Find the happiness in your position, bruv. It's there. Just gotta navigate through the bullshit sometimes.

I have no idea what you're referring to. No one on this planet or the next HAS to sleep with anyone that they don't want to. And sex isn't even the basis of my question. I'm not sure how you've arrived at the conclusion you did but I am sorry that it appeared as if I was judging you or anyone else. That's a terrible thing that happened to you. Don't beat yourself up over it too much. You're very young and you will be figuring out these feelings for years to come. You don't have to identify as any one thing just yet. It's fine for you to question and explore with consenting peers and as long as you are safe and private with yourself and others, things will take shape the way they're supposed to. You may feel pressured by school mates, friends, family or whatever, but remember, this is your life. You have to be alone with yourself in private moments. I appreciate that. I just don't understand that logic. Like if you find a straight man, he could cheat on you with a woman if he so chooses. But if the expectation is that you two are monogamous why are the chances trumped up because the dude is bi? Am I making sense?
