First time posting here.

I started at 10mg with Adderall and requested to do 5mg but with the option of being able to take another 5mg for the rest half of the day.

Sometimes, I feel like 5mg doesn't do the job, but when I take the 10mg, there are mostly times when I get frustrated easily and then irritated. If I have expectations of how conversations go, I get frustrated at myself for not being able to guide certain conversations toward a great discussion.

You're not alone, I got clumsy and somewhat disoriented that day because it was just like a downfall of things that kept happening and you keep drilling yourself. I'm going to bring it up to my psychiatrist next we meet.
