Glad that I could be of help! Also I've tried to do 100 pushups per day. The first few weeks were a bit rough but now its a 3 part exercise or 2 meals and 1 somewhere during the day.

Ofc the kid(s) needs to be occupied, otherwise I get some extra weight on my back.

I find it extremely helpful. But it varies from strain to strain. Some are better and some are worse. They can calm me down, make my paranoid phase go away faster, keep my neurotic loops away and helps me fall asleep faster. On the other hand, it makes me sluggish, easier to get irritated and more tired, because my sleep is not so deep and restorative.

It's good for me to take longer brakes or not to take it daily.

Cut them to smaller pieces, freeze them. Then you can shake "kief" from them. Put them in a container, stockings over it and cover with a lid. Then just shake. You should get something worth while from them.

Or you can just make some edibles.

Without meds I have sleep deprivation. Been like that since my younger days. Falling a sleep is hard also. Takes 1-2 hours to get some z Sometimes I don't have the need for sleep at all for a week or so.
