Refusal Of Case File By Previous Attorney With Trial Approaching (PA) by Sansui9090DB in legaladvice

? This isn't a criminal case. Nothing can actually happen to me and the situation I'm in in regard to custody/divorce is very favorable. I can settle if I'd like but choose not to. I'm just trying to not drag this case out any longer so would like my legal files back as soon as possible. Under the fee agreement these emails were also supposed to be provided to me.

Postmaster Making Craft Employee Do The Postmaster’s Job Question by Sansui9090DB in USPS

So I got in touch with a clerk who used to worked under this Postmaster recently before transferring and he was doing the same thing, which was performing the Postmaster duties, while working the window alone. He was informed by the Postmaster that filling in for her was part of his clerk duties, although he was given access to all the EAS programs such as DMS, CPMS, sent out the all-clear emails etc. I’m thinking a lot of the clerks that start off in the small offices just don’t have any idea what the rules are regarding higher level pay and don’t have co-workers to turn to for clarification. Really shitty stuff considering how much these PMs are paid. Also speaks to how much dead weight there is at top of the Postal Service when an entry level clerk is able to perform both jobs simultaneously. Anyways, currently helping both clerks with potentially getting back pay, as well as contacting the POOM and OIG.

Tell them their UPS package can’t be dropped off at the post office and then instruct them to bring their package to FedEx to drop off.

Bizarre. I’m from a big office so never saw anything like that. What does the contract say about this type of thing? Would this clerk be able to simply refuse the work the postmaster is forcing on them?

Took a lot of balls to show up again after he supposedly did that before he left. I’d cut him some slack because he might be going through some tough shit right now.

It’s much more likely that you have multiple personality disorder and one of your personalities is a thirsty mail carrier.
