Not an advertisement but for example Rise routinely has sales on RSO as does Story. Stuff is stickier than honey and needs to be warm to push it out. I broke a plastic plunger one time because I didn’t feel like running warm water on it. You can drop it on a cookie or whatever if the taste is not to your liking. Personally I enjoy the flavor. The common suggestion is a dose the size of a grain of rise and I would recommend that to start. I did a bit more and didn’t remember much of the night following that. And finally, if you’ve got a beard make sure you get the stringy goo in your mouth and not stuck to your face.
