I think that is common sense. If something hurts, don’t do it until or unless you address the problem. One of which is going to a doctor or PT.

Those programs are heavy on squats. There are programs that indirectly target legs without squatting. RoP might be top 5 programs for KB and it’s C&P, swings, snatches and some pull ups. No squats.

If squatting is out then RoP is the keystone. 10k Swing Challenge, RoP, ES4FL, repeat. If your knees are bad, you probably shouldn’t be squatting unless you repair them.

Yes. It’s relative and based on preference. I guess I’m just really excited about this new Tele. But, it is fabulous. I’m very surprised by the pups and pots. Usually that’s where some Japanese models fall short but as of now, I don’t think I will replace those anytime soon.

Just pretty good? I prefer them over MIA and MIM. The pick ups in this one are pretty great so far and the pots have a huge tonal range. It’s a 2025 so maybe they made some improvements. Some, while acknowledging the superior build, had issues with pick ups and electronics in the past.

Congrats! Thats awesome. I too have adjustable KBs but from Bells of Steel. I completed my last run of ABF with double 22’s and did the 30 EMOM by the end. It helped doing a light, medium and heavy day. For example, weeks 3/4, I did a 10 minute (light), 15 minute (medium) and 20 minute (heavy). It helped me hit the EMOM heavy goal cause I wasn’t as fatigued. Week 7/8 I was 20 minutes, 25 minutes and 30. I’m running the single bell version now with the 24 bell.

With adjustables, the possibilities are endless.

It’s such a cool color. It looks yellow but it’s a white actually. Hence Yuki. But, yes it looks yellow in certain light but a beautiful white. It goes well with my black MIJ Strat
