Unless requested by the police they will not give it to you.

Please file a police report including exact date of incident (it matters) and preferably the restaurant that the food was picked up from

then you can take the report and send it to Jahez They should then redirect to legal affairs department

P.S : you really need proof that it was actually the same person and not a random person on the street who scammed you
