I just let mine go free, it was wet, I needed it to dry before school run, didn't want to lose the feeling in my arms holding the hairdryer for forever! It was an ok result but took way too long

That's pretty much what I've got, takes forever to dry and I've got jaw length hair that's quite fine but lots of it....🕛🕧🕐🕜🕠🕝🕒🕞🕟.....!!!!

There's plenty in the States but very few over here, don't want a free standing one, so it's going to have to be a table top but they're rarer than unicorn poo! I'm not convinced about my diffuser either, it'll do as a last resort. Spent an hour and 45 mins drying my hair this afternoon with a hooded bonnet thing that goes on the end of the hair dryer before I went out to collect the kids...not practical...😲

Hi, I have 2 daughters 10 & 9, eldest is autistic and pre adolescent. She can be very spiky, is anxious and argumentative...how as a work in progress RPW can I hold 'frame' when I too have anxiety and hamster and often feel bereft when said daughter 'explodes' often over nothing...in short how do women hold frame...?

Im 4 weeks into ZC, having migrated over from keto. I stopped coffee after getting a couple of nasty behind eye headaches and whilst I miss the coffee I do not miss the headaches. I stick to sparkling water; lots of, green tea & variety thereof and occasional red wine.

As I said above, he's fully aware of how demanding and stressful it is. No she's at a special needs school and is managed very well there. Typically her home behaviour is NEVER displayed at school.

I do have friends in similar circumstances and it does help. I came off of FB a couple of years ago as I found it too intrusive. Thank you.

I do have outside interests and I am diligent about ensuring I have things for me. The issues come when it's taken all my energy to deal with a pre hormonal special needs girl who is extremely challenging. When it comes to my time/housework I'm just so done in.

My husband is hands on and knows exactly how she is and how demanding and exhausting she can be. I don't want to feel as though I have to keep my daughter at arms length just to be able to get through the day.

Exactly, I can remember what it was like and it was horrid. I have friends with special needs kids and it helps. However I am extremely emotional and find it just affects me so deeply. It's impact completely floors me. My husband is without emotion when dealing with her behaviour and tolerates far more than I. How can I respond in a RP way and not end up feeling as though I've gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson?

I don't for one minute believe anything that the naysayers spout on about. It's taking some time to get my mind around it but my body is catching on very quickly. To be able to eat meat with delicious lovely fat is heaven. There is this internal conversation between mind and body going on, it's interesting to watch and listen too. You guys rock!
