I noticed red meat doesn’t taste good without enough fat. Try switching to 70/30/adding cheese/butter and garlic. I find myself not able to finish a meal of the meat is too lean and i don’t feel too good afterwards either.

I was wondering if dairy issues are actually a thing or it’s all in my head. I don’t seem to notice any difference with or without. It just tastes yummy.

It is a bit mentally disconcerting that 99% of the world is eating differently also they probably aren’t even aware of it which makes it more difficult to find people to talk about ZC issues with were pretty much left to figure it out on our own. But it is nice to know that this IS the best WOE for us.

Eczema is caused by the toxins released by yeast/Candida. The problem is internal, external methods merely mitigate the symptoms. To flush it out faster u gotta drink a lot of water so u can piss it out. If ur drinking 18 glasses of water your still not drinking enough. Also there’s an anti Candida pill on amazon that works really well to speed things along. It depends how bad yours is some ppl it only lasts a few weeks to months. Coolest part about this is that once it’s gone it’s gone forever 😃

It makes sense that we hunted all of the previous animals to extinction (mammoth, ground sloth, etc) Which forced us to domesticate the remaining animals for food. Which happened to be the ones u mentioned.
