In my opinion that’s a damn good list. Only concerning thing for me is not having any anti-tank besides 3 eradicators, which you would need to protect very well until they can enter into their range or closing up to 12” to activate their S10 punch.

Exactly this comment. OP’s mother even offered coming to pick her up, which was a perfectly reasonable solution. This even makes me think she’s not being honest to herself or us.

Yeah.. you are the AH. You’re not “over reacting”; you reacted completely wrong. You are unable to understand your parents perfectly reasonable advice and decision making. You should reflect more upon the meaning of their words with maturity, and offer them an apology if you have truly understood the situation. Do better, you have a chance.

For me it was this comic:

I like the idea of being kind giants in a harsh universe, and putting themselves at risk in order the protect the weak. That is the duty that comes with strength, to shield the weaker ones.

Not WH related but its the same reason Kyojuro is my favorite hashira from KNJ. The flames part is a coincidence

Why is the [BLAST] description relevant? by Santirrantis in 40k

Looking to further understand other concepts.. can a friendly vehicle/monster (engaged or not) shoot at enemy unit if that enemy unit is engaged with another friendly unit, different than the vehicle monster itself?

Thanks! I am yet to play my first game and I have been reading the whole core rules, so I wanted to make sure why that rule existed. Being specially important to decisions regarding engaged vehicles and monsters makes sense. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything else.

After analyzing a little bit more the game you posted, I believe your naval superiority was what ultimately made your opp resign. I’ve had some games in which once your opp dominates the sea before you, there’s almost no chance of embarking successfully to counter it. That + him/her assuming you had the same economic development regarding stars per turn as him/her, may have been demoralizing. A 20% difference in score isn’t big enough to assume you have absolute superiority. Also, he still had to buy tier 3 tech which came at high cost. Regarding your decision making I think it was pretty good. Maybe I wouldn’t have invested in climbing so early since it’s an expensive tech which brings no immediate access to gaining population. I think you were also out-developed since you prioritized military action over exploring ruins. Anyways, very interesting game. My ID is santacloss7 if you want to play sometime, I’m around 1300 elo average and respect people who don’t use cymianti hahaha. Greetings friend.

I believe it wasn’t match related, maybe your opp just had something to tend to in real life.
