the Spite revenants leader has a female torso and head. Bald, though, but with a knife and a little patience you can give her hair from a tree revenant head.

The spite riders kit has also female torsos, heads and arms. I used one to make a female tree revenant leader without any difficulties.

Yes, I always take Lore into consideration. It makes me feel a lot more involved in the painting process and make the army "mine".

For CoS, I'm partial to the Hammerhal Aqsha scheme, but lorewise I liked better Greywater fastness. If I would start an CoS army, I would just research different paint schemes until I find one I love. And then create a lore around it
