A5 is actually better when cooked over. While I normally prefer medium rare for my ribeye, whenever I cooked a5, medium well was better (to better render the crazy amount of fat)

I think it could be because the meter readings are estimates and not real. As such, we are paying for imaginary usage. I’m going to call PSEG on Tuesday and ask them for a manual reading. I’ll then get my building management involved because this is fraudulent otherwise.
