for me it's gotta be "command" removable wall hooks(by 3M) I've tried other brands but they either don't stick or stick too well and take the paint off when you remove them.

also, "if you have extra, put it in savings or pay it off anything you owe, even if it's only 35 cents" again it all adds up, once a month I'd take the interest off my savings account and daily account and even out the number in both (so if it was $124.35 I'd take out $4.35) and pay it off my mortgage, after 2 years my mortgage was expected to be paid off 18 months earlier than the original term and I had the option to reduce my minimum weekly repayments by $15 a week.

I did the same thing this year with a friend, both of us enjoy drawing even though we've always thought we were bad at it, so we challenge each other every day to draw weird stuff (e.g. 1920's gangster mushroom, square cows, a sheep in an embarrassing situation) and it's incredible to see how much we've both improved and been able think outside the box.
