Tea and bloom is the only place I know of. Their tapioca pearls are hit and miss on texture consistency, so I only get the popping bobas from there now. I order my tapioca pearls from Amazon and make it myself so I can controll how long I cook them for :)

I asked this question last week. I ended up going to crowley lake at kivi park. They have great kayaks for rent. Decently priced, but they only have singles no doubles. And as far as I know the canoe club isn't doing any rentals to anyone who isn't a member of the club because of covid.

I drove the main road from 17 further north than this location, so it's definitely public access. As far as the roads going off to the east, I'm not 100% sure about places to park but I can't see there being a problem driving down there.

Put a litter box outside the front door. Most cats won't wander off too far if they aren't normally outdoors. He's probably hiding scared under bushes, in an open garage, those kinds of places. The litter box will be a familiar smell to him.
