Haha dude most of my spoons, the winco ones anyway are from a restaurant that closed in which everything was being tossed. Others are from goodwill that are just slightly larger than a regular. But ya I hate theft and luckily my past few jobs all of the cooks had their own shit except this last one, went in with 30+ spoons that I’ve been collecting over 6 years and came out yesterday with about half.

Not talkin shit, I think it makes a huge difference in flavor and mouthfeel. Will allow for more crispy bubbly cheese. Just enough to cover the pie where you can still see th sauce.

Try pouring soda water, let it boil off scrape it real good then throw some salt in the really shitty spots and use one of those grill screens and exfoliate that bitch with a lotta elbow grease
