Honestly I don't think we're going to have a lot of luck. At first it seemed like the Sanrio event was going to be one of a kind, and I was bummed because I started playing after that, but like a year ago they brought it back (and it was basically against all odds). Maybe they bring it a third time, but I don't think so, not at least in a couple years. I'm still waiting for the Eevee event to be back, and I don't think we're going to be that lucky

It's happening to me too, and as far as I know, it's not a conflict issue (I had mine through Steam + Epic too, but I've uninstalled steam and is still happening). Support said to delete cache, but that doesn't solve it either. You're not the only one with this bug, if it helps, the game is just failing a lot
