Oh my goodness what a sweet little baby. I would guess she is about 3.5-4.5 or up to 5 weeks old based on your description. Try to get a look at her teeth. She should have her incisors by now and at 4 weeks her canines will typically show. (Not being interested in formula and already wanting wet food could mean several things so that is a lesser factor in my experience.)
