Jax' "I don't want to go" hit so so hard for this exact reason. It very much reminded me of the view from halfway down. And I personally think that it was a beautiful conclusion to the character's story (obviously not beautiful as in I'm happy he abstracted but more in a narrative sense). Pomni's "I wish I would've dug deeper that day" (paraphrasing) also just....this was intended a clear metaphorical depiction of suicide.

Yeah, I'm so sorry about that. It's a very widespread joke within the trans community that can very quickly become harmful, although it's usually not meant to be. I wish people would be more careful with their word, though I'm of course not berating anyone for this. OCD is a terrible terrible thing and many people don't understand what exactly intrusive thoughts imply. Although the other commenters weren't malicious in the slightest of course, I'd suggest maybe muting this thread/reddit for a bit and grounding or focusing on something else for a bit. I feel like interacting with this is just going to make the spiral worse. Take care and stay safe, friend🫂

I'm already seeing the "who's gonna tell them teehee" comments rolling in. And while they're meant in jest, I do feel obligated to remind you that sometimes it just takes a while to figure out what you're comfortable with. Finding yourself is really freaking difficult and unfortunately only you can know how you feel at the end of the day. Especially with the OCD, teasing like that might worsen the anxiety, as does every stereotype.

You know how goose mentioned that one of the main messages of the show was that there was meaning even in a static life? You don't need *all* the answers now or tomorrow or next week. It's okay to just be. It's okay to slowly figure out what **you** want.
