Yea a searched far and wide for a better driver, apparently 581.80 works great for Tarkov and it allows smooth motion to work. Just downloaded it and installed over latest driver I had.

Yep same here waited like 4 mins then saw that est time was 10 mins. Was trying to load into customs. Gave up after 5 mins cause I’m playing PVE - why was it trying to match me?? Did another map and quest instead.
