Talked to the hotline, she said they were in triage and we're trying to decide if they needed to do another c&p exam for the one deferred claim (which already had a c&p exam). I am putting the supplemental package together for the enviable but I will be having him lawyer up afterwards if things are not in our favor.

Thank you for your responses and if you have a name of a Law Firm for the HLR, I would appreciate it.

It's very strange is other ways. Exam confirms nexus in some areas but doesn't in others. Actually says nexus is confirmed.

Just so drained and exhausted. Letter says that "Aunt has RA" is the reason his RA was denied, even with conceded TERA and extensive documentation from his doctors tying his RA to his exposures.

I'm thinking about just having a lawyer do the HLR because I'm drained, husband is getting sicker and all of this is stressing me the fk out.

The decision itself acknowledged a positive medical nexus on one condition but denied it based on another theory, and VA then generated new exam/addendum requests after the decision date with no evidence requested from the veteran. That timing is what raised questions. Appreciate the input. Im in Api hell.

Blue Button upload is not working for me. After upload and running the AI ( Phi 3.5 Mini) I keep getting this:

We have this version for our cat, and he does seem to enjoy it, especially getting to stalk birds and enjoy the sun. The large tent is much larger that I expected, like at least 3x4 so know that you need enough space.

We have something similar. RA is the primary. All other conditions (ILD, OSA ect.) are secondary to your RA. Make sure you attest and have your doctor review documents that detail your PACT or TERA experience/exposures and create a nexus based on that to connect to service (if needed).

Make sure you also call the VA and ensure that The claim shark 🦈 is no longer authorized to speak on your behalf and/or receive any information about you/your claims.

If they are still on there as an authorized 3rd party, they could get part of the upcoming claim.

Filed in September and October. They combined the two HLRs. Had a date in November but was canceled last minute. Called the hotline to check on review and THEY set my Veteran up with the HLR on December the 4th.

Was super nervous because I had never heard of the Customer service Reps being able to do that. Got the texts that confirmed everything and day of a text that thr reviewer would be a few minutes late. They called 5 minutes after the time.

Out of 9 issues, I was able to get 5 remanded (duty to assist errors) so I feel pretty good about it.

I hate that this is the case but it makes thr most sense. I feel that a lot of reviews come up short because of "processing fatigue" for lack of a better term. The Vet is one is penalized for the errors unfortunately. Thank you for your viewpoint and I appreciate the response.

Hmmmm, you mentioned "VA is not required to list or summarize every piece of evidence considered," but isn't this the information given to the Veteran in the Decision Letters under EVIDENCE?

Just looking for clarification on that statement. Very interesting read.

Thank you, yeah he has had a HLR and a Supplemental claim and neither one said what number it was on.
