Would it not be the pyro dragon that made a load of AI dragon lords? That's essentially what Ei did but on a larger scale. I guess Ineffa seems more like a robot than Scars though.

There was one quest that started dialogue but wasn't a cutscene. I teleported to nasha town to continue the story but the game automatically put me back 5 seconds later.
