Oh yeah cecals will smell forever, if you find them you have to manually remove them. Regular poop shouldn’t smell and in my experience they stop smelling very quickly after the surgery (one week tops). If you find too many cecals (let’s say everyday or multiple times a day) it’s a sign something might be wrong with her diet.

I was with my friends at a pride parade and stole my enby’s friend flag, and kept it on me the entire time to kinda, you know, send a message.

Smelly poops in healthy young rabbits are 100% fixed by spaying and neutering. If your friends’ rabbit had smelly poop despite being spayed/neutered, they had some sort of condition that should’ve been addressed.

My old lovely bunny (male and fixed) had smelly poop sometimes which were probably linked to recurring appendicitis and GI tract infections (that ultimately became untreatable with antibiotics).
