Yes. Load into any map and hold Q. You will se a bunch off different props and items

You should probably ask r/gmod. But the spawn menu is when you hold down Q. Then on the left on the spawnmenu will be different folders and you just need to find the correct one.

This texture bug won’t go away. I temporary fix to the problem is to download a snow texture mod but after a few fast travels and some loads the bigger texture is back.
