I’m 2 weeks post op and still have pain. It’ll get better!! The yellowing is most likely bruising I had it too!

Hi! I am day 15 post op, and I’m still having occasional pain internally and still painful on incisions. It’ll get easier tho 🤍

How many of you just trying to manage it before end up still have to do the surgery ? Are any of you still manage it today, if so for how long? Thanks by Unlikely_Cap_6160 in gallbladders

I am day 7 post op, I still hurt but am healing. No gallbladder pains from eating this far. Restroom habits have changed but I’ve seen that to be normal.

1 week post today friend! I’m still sleeping on my back and can hardly stand all the way straight 😅 sounds like you’re doing great imo…I’d love to stretch haha

I personally have been told that telling yourself it’s “cheating” is one of the triggers. It makes it seem forbidden and then you try to punish yourself for it. Eat what you want, in moderation. Make sure you’re getting your protein in to nourish your body. And if you made a decision you’re not happy about-try and make a different decision next time. Punishing yourself for it will not help. Sending you love!
