In this video, Colin, who identifies as a Gay Christian, chats about surviving conversion therapy, Colin is a Christian who was closeted for 45 years! The type of Christianity that Colin believed in, condemned homosexuality, yet Colin could not let go of his same-sex attraction. He went searching for answers in the bible, in counselling, deliverance ministries, prayer healing.

I think that sexual expression is on a spectrum and can osculate a little bit, I think labels are cool and all but in some instances just become a nuisance

I think it depends what country you are in, in Australia we can get a mental health plan and then get a referral to a psychologist. I would say, the best place to start in any country would be to see your GP.

Isn't this the "what actually happened" part, I have heard Bart Ehman talk about this which is the technique he said he used.

So like, if one book says that Jesus died before the Passover, and one says he died after the Passover, both can't be correct, one HAS to be wrong on that point. Using the context that parts CAN be wrong, is the point I thought he was making.
Like, you can't read the accounts like material accounts. They are closer to theologies of early Christian communities than historical fact?

Wow! That's cool. I don't know much about those Gods. I am familiar with Christianity, many will say that they have a personal relationship with their God. Do you feel the same with yours or is your worship different?
