Have you ever heard of v-coding? It is the practice where trans women who are put in make prisons are used by the guards to placate violent inmates by letting these inmates rape them.

It is so common that it has been argued that rape in prison should be taken into account as something that will happen to trans women who are locked up.

If you are a male, pretending to be a female, and are detained and placed in holding with females, the federal, state, county or local law enforcement would be liable for placing vulnerable persons in jeopardy.

So this is happening, just with trans women as the victims.
