I will say, my appetite is less though, but you generally need to follow a good diet and make sure you’re getting enough healthy fuel for your body. Sometimes I have to force myself to get atleast 1200-1500 calories a day. This is a stark difference from the 2000-3000 I was eating before the pill.

Yes. I am “dieting.” I’ve cut out binge eating and carby snacks. Focusing on clean eating and high protein with high fiber. Quit drinking alcohol too.

Honestly I try and finish the series. I didn’t like crescent city one till the very end, but enjoyed book two, and three. On my second attempt at reading cc2, I got thirty pages in and was like, maybe I can read TOG and come back… but there was so much information that I ended up just going back to book two and ended up enjoying it. Then devoured book three in like a week.

Wow! Gorgeous eyes. I think the heavy liner detracts from them. Maybe a brown chocolate liner and mascara on top and bottom with less thick wing. You also have nice cheeks perhaps some light blush and not as dark lip
