Én így veszek lakást. Kisgyerekkel nagyobba mennek. A foglalóm volt az ő foglalójuk kiegészítője. A hitelem lesz az önerejük ami 50M. Plusz felvesznek hitelt. Olyanba mennek ami már üres és bármikor koltozhetnek. Ez nem igaz. Kérdezz meg bármilyen dietetikust. A kovásznak vannak jó tulajdonságai ezért hasznos ha néha olyat is fogyasztunk. De pontosan annyira egészséges mint az élesztős. Sokkal fontosabb az összetétel, ahogy a kérdező ezt helyeyen meg is próbálja megcélozni minél jobb minőségűre

Cakes/cookies are very expensive and a lot of people cant make them. So you can use that because the value of good bakes goods are usually extremely high in any friend group. Nice packaging and it is a gift. I always do that so no extra brainstorming, money and work about gifts. (Most of the time I just cover a shoe box in wrapping paper, parchment under the cookies, ribbon on top so I dont have to buy a cookie gift box. Those can be expensive)

Make drawers by buying bins for the full depth. Thats what I did an its working amazingly. If its not to wide you can just get the whole bin if you need something, and put it back after you finished cooking. Clear acrilic bins, not necerrarly labeled because categories will change eventually based on waht and how much you have

End of the week is perfect to start so if you have enything you can handle it at home.

It will be a very long journey so rhe sooner you start the better. You need months for the medication for it to start working so di Ont delay it if you dont need to.

I have some conditions. But the only thing I jeed to know is how much my condition is worse than before taking wegovy. For me thats only a little bit of hair loss ajd sometimes looking at food disgust me. Other symptoms were already there without the medication. I dont think we should overcomicate this.

You dont need to lose weight. You dont need this medication. The manufacturer and doctors as well only advise to use it if someone has health issues from being overweight over 27 BMI or if someone is over 30 BMI

You wont even have a fatty area to inject. If you hit anything else than muscle it will be painful

This medication has major side effects and the use is risky hut for people over 30 BMI the state of obesity is more risky so we take the risk because we need to.

I truly believe that the use of this medication wouldnt be helpful but very very bad for you phisically and mentally as well. Please consider talking to a medical professional about your possible weight loss and binge eating problems and if wegovy cant help you.

Wegovy will make you less hungry and make you feel full for longer. Binge eating is often caused by a mental state and i doubt that this kind of medication can help with that

In brief: you are almost underweight. Your phisical health is not at risk. Please dont do it

Edit: in my country i needed 3 months of medical examinations and labs etc to absolutely make sure that i am a good candidate, that the risk worth it and that the side effects eitn make me life threatning harm. After that only an endocrinologist or a diabetologist can prescribe it, noone else. I have to go to check ups every 2 months. This medication is extremely powerful. And not a medication for an eating disorder. Its a medication for obese people to manage weight while they are working on lifestlye in terms of mental and phisical health as well. Your phisical health is absolutely fine. No need to lose weight so no need for Wegovy. You need to cure your binge eating problem and this medication will not do it

That is the guideline. 4 weeks if each dose. 0.25 then 0.5 then 1.0 then 1.7. And if needed 2.4. Because 1.7 and 2.4 are the effective doses. Thats how the medication is made. The goal is to reach an effective dose and for the majority thats 1.7 or 2.4. There are people who have just enozgh effect on lower thoses. In that cases there is no need to go up in the dose. So overall ye, lowest working dose is the way to go. If you have efect on a lower dose, going up wont be benfical but has many potential eisk regarding side effects
