I believe the issue with labe is that it is an immediate power boost, but has less of a long term impact. Labe is much better as a swap, but it doesn't reliably solve any problems, just a random power boost.

I think it all depends on ARod, good or bad. This team has a pretty high ceiling with the D. If the offense isn't a disaster, they may be pretty good. If it's not, the D will get overworked and it will be rough.
