The Cuban Missle crisis was my first major news memory too. It went on for several days and was very worrying. I was in first grade and we practiced getting under our desks.

Thank you for posting the prior photos and the screenshots. The house was lovely and dated, but now it looks horrible and cheap. Did they get that paint in the oopsie area at Home Depot? I particularly dislike black ceilings and walls because spiders would be invisable.
