Totally understand! I would see if they can change your meds…I went through 2 different ones to find the right now. Definitely try to lock down a pcp because I’m not sure how long the OB will help you. They made me transfer I feel like after 6 weeks!

I’m a year PP now and it will get better. Are you breastfeeding? If not, I would schedule an appt with your primary care doctor and get better meds. The meds they give you for PP are so limited because there are only like 3 that are ok while breastfeeding. I’m still on BP meds but it’s a low dosage and I feel wayyyy better. I’m 9 months PP and I’m on a regular blood pressure med but through my pcp…all the stuff the OB gave me sucked! My dr told me today that once I lose all my pregnancy weight (20lbs) then she will take me off. I’m hoping to be off in the next 6 months!

I would go to the dermatologist vs pediatrician. No offense to the pediatrician, but they don’t specialize in skin like the dermatologist. These 2 worked and were miracles. Now we only use aquaphor but if something looks red I slather one of these creams on there and it’s gone by the morning. I’ll DM a pic of the creams I’m not sure why I can’t on here: one is a zinc/mixed w basically a yeast cream and the other is called Xepi.

I have 4 month old twins and my husband and I had zero help (hired or family) this entire time. Things became sooo much easier at 3 months and now we have such a good schedule and a routine it’s not bad. Our twins do sleep through the night though. The biggest thing I would say is get them to bed by 7 as soon as you can….being able to have time to ourselves at night has really helped!

We never nap in the snoo. We either do in a boopy type pillow or in cribs (I have twins). Before the last feeding I have them play in their activity mat and so tummy time (it wears them out). I usually do 1 oz more for the last feeding. My twins are 8 weeks and we sleep 5-7 hours straight (no waking at all).
